AI Admin Panel is proprietary software. A valid license is required to run the panel in any environment.
License Model
AI Admin Panel follows the same licensing model as established hosting panels like Plesk and cPanel:
- Per-server licensing — each server installation requires its own license
- Self-hosted — the software runs entirely on your infrastructure
- No data collection — no telemetry, no phone-home, no external dependencies
- Your data stays yours — all customer data, configurations, and deployments remain on your server

What You Cannot Do
- Redistribute or resell the software itself
- Reverse engineer or decompile the binary
- Remove license checks or proprietary notices
- Offer the panel as a hosted/managed service (SaaS)
- Use a single license across multiple servers (unless Business/Enterprise tier)
Data Sovereignty
AI Admin Panel is designed for organizations that need full control over their data:
- No cloud dependency — runs on any Linux server you control
- No external API calls — unless you configure AI providers or Cloudflare DNS
- No telemetry — zero data sent back to us
- GDPR-friendly — all data stays in your jurisdiction

Legal Documents & EULA Acceptance
The full legal set is published on the website:
First-run acceptance. During the setup wizard, the operator must accept the EULA (a required checkbox on the contact step, alongside the GDPR consent) before setup completes. The panel records which EULA version was accepted, when, and by whom for your own audit trail.
Re-read anytime. Settings → Legal links all three documents and shows your acceptance record. The panel always links to the canonical hosted documents above — it never ships its own copy of the legal text, so what you read in-product is always the current published version.

While the panel itself is proprietary, it is built on and integrates with open source technologies:
